By car from Mersin
Come into Erdemli and turn right just before the Moda Life shop.
Arrival
Everything you need on the day you arrive. Check-in runs from 14:00 until midnight and the key waits in a lockbox, so there is nobody to meet.
The landmark is the same however you travel: the Moda Life shop on the D400. Turn right just before it — our building stands behind the shop, next to the one with a games arcade on the ground floor. Ours is called HazarApt.

Come into Erdemli, drive through the town on the D400, turn around at the last roundabout and come back along the D400. Then turn right just before the Moda Life shop.
From the bus station walk along the D400 towards the town and turn right just before the Moda Life shop. It is a 2–3 minute walk on tarmac with ramps at the kerbs, so a suitcase rolls easily.

There is parking for three cars right by the building — a paved area you cannot miss. If it is full, park anywhere convenient nearby; space is not a problem here.
You open the flat yourself, any time between 14:00 and midnight.

Enter the code we sent before your trip on the keypad by the door. The flat number is in the same message.
It is by the door. Slide the cover down and dial the code. The digits must line up exactly — an under-turned dial can damage the mechanism.
Press the lever, open the box and take the keys. Then close it, spin the dial to a random combination and slide the cover back down.
The front door can latch shut behind you. Never leave the keys inside, even for a minute.
The entrance code, the lockbox code, the flat number and the Wi-Fi password are sent to you before arrival. They are deliberately not on this page, because anyone can read it.
An instantaneous heater in the bathroom warms the water. The order matters: done wrong, the heater can fail and the shower stays cold.
The network is FiberHGW_TP9FCE_2.4GHz, up to 75 Mbps. The password is in the flat and we repeat it in the chat. There is wired Ethernet for a laptop.
The bins are directly opposite the building.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, with the ashtray and the door closed. Smoking inside is not allowed. If the rooms smell of tobacco, or there is ash, or the furniture has taken the smell, the cost of putting it right comes out of the deposit.
It is a small flat and we keep it in good order for every guest. If something breaks, just message us and we will sort it out together.
Check-out is by 12:00. Before you leave, please:
Thank you for treating the flat with care.
Message me. I do not live in Türkiye, but I am always reachable and handle things myself; there is someone local for urgent situations. The most common problem is the gas cylinder running out: it has no gauge, so it simply ends. I call for a delivery and it usually arrives within half an hour. Occasionally the water goes off in the area — that is a city utility fault, nobody can speed it up, and it comes back on its own.
No account, no booking fee, no waiting for a platform to pass on the message.
Messages usually get an answer within about fifteen minutes.
